Preserving the train of though by Aza Raskin lead UX designer at Mozilla

A very inspirational video by the lead Mozilla UX designer Aza Raskin thanks to npraceto. You-Centric: A Sketch of The Future of Browsers. Now you can see how things can change when designers are truly back in the game and the organizations allow them to do their job.
"The matching of content(nouns) to services(verbs) and services to content is the next big business model on the web"

The State of UX by Jesse James Garrett | UX Week 2009 | Adaptive Path

I recently had a presentation about UX during design day in Sofia. Now I stumbled upon this:
http://vimeo.com/6952223 . Jesse James Garrett said everything I wanted to say in my intro about UX only in a much more structured, elegant and eloquent way. It's some time discouraging to hear people like him talk as you realize how far behind are you. None the less I would rather try and be inspired by them to at least try and apply what they talk about. I have to admit that I always had the passion to learn not only how to do things but how to present them in an engaging way.
