Google Chrome open source OS. Wholly cow now what?

Today I had a boiled conversation with a colleague about how the browser war is actually about the same thing the OS wars are about and that the they are becoming the next OS. Spooky enough Google just announced the next OS which is guess what ?....a browser based OS and everything that is on it isn't because its on the Internet ...
My guess the only good thing about it is that it is Open Source ....
Ok so now let's stop for a minute ....holly cow what is going to happened now?
I mean this isn't your average Joe making a garage OS this is Google and we all remember what happened with Linux came to the market and how everyone was making laughs at the corporate world and now they have to deal with it now. You know this big torn up their ....
Ok so what now ...I mean even assuming everyone from the big players new Google was coming with an OS and it was out in the public two facts are interesting. One it wasn't due until a year later (2010) and two it wasn't suppose to be Open Source ....hm
Now what .....?! and how is this going to impact everything and all the major players?

My Sisters Keeper

When you have seen over couple of thousand movies in your life you think you've seen it all. From action to hearth breaking and life changing statements but this one managed to sneak up on me.
Funny it always happens when you never expect it. Maybe you have to be in certain stage in your life for a movie like this to really make an impression on you. Maybe if I seen this one and did not have kids I would't understand or feel this way.
I did not know what to expect when I started watching "My sisters keeper". Funny it was the same with "seven pounds" but I got my faith in making movies back.
From time to time certain movies appear that really strike you and that really make you understand why movies are a groundbreaking thing.
I don't want to be a spoiler and the movie is really a tough one to watch so be warned but if you do have a chance to see it , please don't miss it because after all there is one more movie that shows a lot of why we are human and what is it to be only human, a parent ,a brother a sister a lover and while life is tough and things are hard there is always a spark and we all have to hold on to it.
It is a movie that opens a wound, puts a finger in it and keeps pressing , on and on. Its a movie you want to walk a way from but you can't because you know its all real and you keep but wandering what would you do if you were in there shoes.
